Faceless Production Planner
Know what to make next, where every video is, where every image came from, and what to check before you press Publish.
What's inside
- A 9-stage video pipeline with a clear 'done' for each stage, as a CSV you can turn into a Notion board or a spreadsheet
- A one-page video brief to fill before research: promise, audience, sections, angle, hook candidates, visual plan, care checks
- A 12-week calendar, blank and filled in with a worked example for an engineering-failures channel
- Three example weekly schedules (about 5, 8 and 12 hours a week) and batching tips
- An asset and licence log for every image, clip, sound and music track, including AI-generated ones
- A pre-upload checklist covering facts, originality, copyright, AI disclosure, chapters and captions, with links to YouTube Help
- Templates for titles, descriptions with sources and credits, chapters, pinned comments, end screens and Shorts teasers
- A log for YouTube's title and thumbnail tests, a 30-minute monthly review worksheet, an idea backlog with scoring, and a one-page channel style guide
- Faceless creators who have made a few videos and keep missing their schedule
- Anyone who has lost track of where an image came from, or forgotten a step at upload
- Creators who want one simple system in Notion or a spreadsheet instead of notes everywhere
- Anyone looking for guaranteed views or income. No product can promise that
- A 'channel in a box' that makes videos for you. This is a planning system you use
- People who want an app with automation. These are templates and checklists, not software
Questions
What exactly do I get?
A zip file with 9 Markdown pages and checklists and 4 CSV databases. The Markdown pages paste into Notion, Google Docs or any text editor; the CSVs import into Notion, Google Sheets, Excel, LibreOffice or Airtable.
Do I need Notion?
No. Everything works in Google Sheets or Excel too. The start-here page has setup steps for each.
How is this different from the Starter Pack's 30-day launch plan?
The launch plan gets your first videos out. The planner is the ongoing system: a pipeline, a 12-week calendar, an asset log, checklists and a monthly review that you keep using after launch.
Does it connect to my YouTube account?
No. It doesn't connect to anything and asks for no logins. You copy a few numbers from YouTube Studio into the monthly review yourself.
Is the asset and licence log legal advice?
No. It's a record-keeping tool. It helps you keep track of where each asset came from and what its licence says, so you can check it and show it if asked.
Will this help my channel grow?
We can't promise that, and nobody honestly can. It helps you publish more consistently and with fewer mistakes. Growth depends on your topic, your videos and luck.
Can I use it for client work?
Yes, to plan your own production work for clients. You may not resell or share the planner itself.
What if something is wrong with the files?
If a file won't open or something listed here is missing, email support@meowplaybook.com and the shop owner will fix it or send a replacement. Because this is a digital download, all sales are final once downloaded, so please read the free sample first.
Who made it?
