Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases from Meo Playbook (meowplaybook.com). By buying you agree to them.

What you are buying

A digital product delivered as a download after payment is confirmed. The product description on its page says exactly what is included.

Licence

One purchase is one licence for the person or company that bought it. You may use the material for your own work and for clients' video work. You may not resell, share or redistribute the product, or put it inside another product, course or membership. The licence text is also included in the download.

No guarantees

The material is educational. We do not promise views, subscribers, income or any particular result. Platform rules (for example YouTube's) change; check the current rules yourself. Nothing here is legal, financial or medical advice.

Payment

Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card or PayPal login details.

Delivery

After PayPal confirms payment, the order page shows your download link. Keep the order page address: you can come back to it to get a fresh download link. If anything goes wrong, write to support@meowplaybook.com.

All sales are final

Because a digital file can't be returned, all sales are final once the file is downloaded. See the sales policy for what we will do if a file is damaged or missing.
